Overall good casino, with prompt customer service.

They told me my redemption would be 14 business days, I put my redemption in on July 15th and it’s now been 25 business days and I still haven’t received it! I don’t recommend buying in on here since you don’t know when you’ll ever get your money! I have reached out to support 5+ times and they just keep saying I’ll get my money but don’t know when . Also they keep telling me in 24-48 hours an account manager will reach out to me via email, which since August 4th has never happened Will update if and when I receive my redemptionUpdate after about 45 total days of waiting I have received my redemption! I will be continuing to use this platform going forward!

Great book the best I ever had I was going through like 5 different apps because each one had something specific I liked to bet on but none of them had it all in one, but Fullstar Sportsbook have everything I like to bet on all in there app I only need fullstar sportsbook app now and that’s so convenient. Also Customer service so friendly. I be feeling like they are family I be forgetting sometimes it’s customer service. Payout quick usually less then 5-10 mins an deposit is fast as well Love em #1 book in my eyes.

This was the easiest payout I've gotten from any casinos I've played online. I've only gotten one payout so far but I'll be back with more in depth reviews once I see if this is worth it or not...

at first there are some errors everywhere when playing, maybe because it's still new.. but now it run smoothly and having no issues at all. support is the best, very helpful and friendly.. you won't regret on playing here for a longer time.
