I asked to self exclude on 4 separate occasions and each time a ‘VIP’ manager contacted me to offer cash rewards and asked me to ‘hold on a little longer and not make any final decisions’. The customer support team are the most useless and unhelpful team I’ve ever had to deal with and are now ignoring my emails. I’ve asked to make a formal complaint but the complaints email they have supplied does not work! Avoid this casino at all costs, looks at reviews on reputable sites like casino.guru to understand why!

Fast registration without problems. I like the design and the games are funny. Until now I haven't cash out, but I think it will be easy and fast.

I like the offers and what I know is waiting for me once I start playing

Nice casino! Great layout of games, and lots of providers. Great support and fast transactions.

WorldWinner has become a part of my daily routine. Before I get dressed each day, I need to knock out a few games of Scrabble, Bingo, and Solitaire. My only suggestion would be to include smaller stakes options. Like 5¢ games to keep the competitiveness a little more active than the practice mode
