Great games and staff is friendly

I have three categories when I think of what I want to play at a certain time. One is slots, the second is live dealers (texas hold 'em / Funky Time, and last is how fast / getting paid instantly. I have more than 5 casinos I can think of for each. Scrooge tops one category - it's the casino I go to play Funky Time/Crazy Time, and also a few others occasionally. Other praiseworthy oddities: They are, to my knowledge, the only casino to offer penny slots to people betting SC/ST, which makes it a hell of a lot more fun to play and spend time on some of your favorite slots you come to like after a while... and #2 - They actually pay when they say they are going to pay you. If you think about redeeming at your fav. certain casinos, I bet it's kind of a toss-up and usually pretty random when you finally get the funds posted to your account. Scrooge doesn't keep you guessing. Last thing: they have live support chat (although sometimes there's a tiny bit of a wait) - but they always addressed my concerns that I have had in the past. Overall I would give them a 5 - but the only reason it's a 4 is because of the website layout - it could just use a more modern touch and approach to it.

very good, the best

Unfortunately I have had to make a claim against Pit Bet as they have attempted to block my withdrawal. I was up £1630 which I was unable to withdraw, I tried to contact support and was ignored for weeks. I tried to withdraw my winnings in smaller amounts, this was also rejected. I was then given a bonus that I didn't want or ask for and told I couldn't cancel it or withdraw until I wagered it 30×. I have not spent any of it in the hope this will be void and one day I will receive my money. Stay well clear!

They don’t let you withdraw your money. You can keep depositing then when you win you can’t withdraw. Was asked to send photos of passport etc and verified my ID.Still don’t let me withdraw.Place all card details in. Eventually k make one withdrawal but it takes a long time. Then I play more and the next time I try to withdraw it keeps going back into the website with no explanation. All details correct and everything verified. No explanation to why. Contact support: ignored. When you try to withdraw the money is frozen and then returned to the site account not your bank and you can try again and again just can’t take it out. Also minimum withdrawal 100 and no instant withdrawal. Coral, Ladbrokes, bwin etc all have instant withdrawal EASILY without contacting support 20 times and also you can withdraw minimum 5… avoid pitbet at all costs
