I love This app and the customer service is amazing

started with me playing. all deposits went well. made a last deposit 0.03btc. it never arrived. they claimed I had played them. I couldn't bear to argue about them. when I had already lost 7000$, but then they choose to block so I can't deposit money?? what the f***? they accuse me i made a transfer and then i canceled it.?? how the hell do i do that? and why. for them claimed I had gambled for double up. didn't really understand what he meant. ended up with them finding the problem and going to open my account. logged in today. still can't play. then they closed the deposit for me. and I just got a bonus from them that I was going to open yesterday. as soon as I opened the bonus. they took the money. 45$ whoever plays here. has himself to blame.

Found this site when looking for a new site to play slots, and won $50 on my first visit! At first I was a little worried that I would never actually see that money, especially since this was my first time using a gambling site from Asia (they are apparently based in Indonesia) but lo and behold I actually received my funds from them today as promised! Totally recommend - they do have a huge selection of slot games too

I like every game in there and never had problems !!

Update i received my redemption from the date of June 8th . Today August 21st. Still waiting on two other ones that I put in the middle of June and end of June. But I guess some progress is better than zero. Not sure how many business days that is but wayyyy to long! Almost 3 months for a redemption. Please money factory do better I really enjoyed your website for now I’ll have to steer clear cause I can’t wait that long to get my redemptions. Got my second payout on August 28th. The Redemption request was put in on June 16th, taking 54 business days, just like the one from June 8th. I hope this helps some people and eases stress. The payout will come. I have another redemption waiting, which should arrive in two weeks if they maintain the 54-day timeline . Please resolve the withdrawal issue. I’ve invested a lot of money and cashed out a lot with you. If you can provide an update and fix the withdrawal times, I’m sure you’ll regain trust. I’d give it another shot, Thanks for making things right and paying out
