Recently, I encountered a bug that caused my game to freeze during a match, requiring a restart, which can be very annoying. I like the competitive aspect, but sometimes it feels a bit unbalanced, especially when matched against much higher-level players. Customer support has been helpful when I've reached out about issues, which is a plus in my book.

I wish there were more incentives for players who log in daily, as the current rewards feel a little underwhelming for frequent users.
