Straight from the beginning Scrooge has made me feel like family! Don’t believe me, go to their Facebookamd I promise you the weekend will be lit! Playing songs and hyping each other up to go for that next win! Everyone interacts here at Scrooge, reason being, we’re all family! I love the weekend here at Scrooge! Having a bad day log on to Scrooge the family members here are ready to change that! That’s what family does! #1 online casinos!! By far the greatest in the game!!

Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers. I'm just saying. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!
