The support team is generally responsive, but it took longer than expected for them to address my concerns. I noticed that battery consumption increases significantly when playing for extended periods, which is something to keep in mind. While the app is fun, I think it could benefit from improved fairness in matchmaking; sometimes, it feels like the odds are not balanced. Overall, this app provides a fun experience, but there are areas for improvement that would enhance gameplay.
