New to platform but so far so good

Like the layout and game play

After so many world wide changes of licences and even PokerStars thats not available for me anymore.and a few months of taking a break playing online. Its hard to say but mystakes i can assure u mystake ratings on all big trusted platforms like from askgamblers to lbc and so on. I can say from myself after one deposit yet. The server is great. Games are including all the top providers like netent Microgaming and so many more. Theres no bufferiñg or slow responding buttons in games. Jea the server is not cheap everything works like it should for having a good time fun while playing

They allowed me to play for about a month, I deposited almost every day and won nothing. Last week I won £550 and went to withdraw my winnings. The next day I tried to log in and they have locked me out of my account and have ignored all the emails I have sent them for well over a week! Will be sending details to gambling commission later today as well as asking for help from several companies/websites who deal with complaints in the gambling industry because I wont let this lie. Its the principle now after just being ignored completely by them, ill take this as far as I can and ill make a LOT of noise about it!Stay well away! No point gambling at a website that just shut you out of your account and ignore you as soon as you are lucky enough to win!

They've canceled all my earnings.I was told I could withdraw some of my deposited money...I've been using the site for two or three weeks and have been gradually increasing my balance. Last night, I tried to withdraw money and received an email saying:We would like to inform you that, due to violations of site rules 8 and 9, all winnings have been detucted, along with %20 of the deposit. All my earnings and a portion of my deposit were confiscated. I don't have another account; I could have completed KYC, but they didn't even ask. I'm a victim.my id: sudjek
