Well for starters they are taking forever to send me my winnings when I put in the request around 6:00 AM EST and it's now 3:00 PM and still nothing, and yes I know y'all have alot of customers but winnings should definitely be sent out in a timely manner! Y'all definitely need to work on your customer service agents as well and also the finance team to respond to emails in a timely manner and not just when they feel like it. Still have a help desk service ticket open for 72 hours for a double payment sent to same address and no one has contacted me through email to update me at all. I have sent in multiple emails trying to reach someone but no response. So for the record that's why I gave 2 stars. You guys really need to step your game up or you might start losing customers. I'm just saying. Thank you for your time. Have a great day!

I have truly fallen in love with 20bet. I have been a part of 20Bet for years and have been a VIP member for a long time. The support is outstanding. Immediate help with problems is guaranteed. No waiting time for replies. Deposits and withdrawals work without problems. Payments are always made immediately, regardless of the size of the win. 20bet also does a lot for its members. There are often promotions where you not only get free bets, but also real gifts like an iPhone, tablet, etc. I have had my VIP manager Ilona by my side for a long time and she always supports me. I can recommend everyone to switch to 20bet if they haven't already. The range of sports betting and casino games is better than any other betting provider. Come to 20bet and see for yourself.
