Responses were clear, timely, and helpful. I have never had to put in a complaint before and I found the experience very easy. There was no judgement, but only positive interactions and my issue was resolved. Thank you.

Lucky Red is the best casino online that I have played at. I have won money and cashed out a total of $16,600. There is a $5000 cash out limit per week. Once you are verified it is easy to withdrawal money, Every single person who I talked to on the phone or chat was always nice, helpful, polite, and easy to talk to. There are rules like: do not sign up multiple time with different info and claim promotions... that will disqualify you from withdrawing money you might win on a promotion that you already claimed. That is fair. I see lots of people saying negative things but winning on a promotion you falsely claimed sucks because that's what happens. Also if you win a lot of money make sure you don't claim free offers unless you have less than a dollar in your account. Every promotion has rules and you don't want to lose money you won on a promotion already by claiming another promotion. I did that and was lucky that I didn't win anything on a promotion where the cash out limit was only $100. The staff informed me of this rule and explained how it works and I didn't lose any of the $12,000 I had won on a previous bonus. This casino is good and legit. All I can say is if you had a bad experience it's probably because you did something that went against their policy. Just follow the rules and everything will work in you favor. Thank you ! To all the people who work there for all your help and for being a honest legit place where I can enjoy my time playing. I started playing Jan. 1,2025 and won multiple times and was able to withdrawal money every week since then.

I only can recommend spassino. Withdrawls are fast, support is helpful and the website works well. There is also a big amount of gaming providers. 5 out of 5!

The site is very easy to use, and offers lots of fun and exciting games! Plus, they offer many different bonuses that allow you to try out new games!

Scrooge is awesome!! I love that they do special deals all the time, I win enough to justify playing on it so it seems the RTP is extremely fair and the customer service is epic. Hands down one of my favorite sites!
